Privacy Policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

Four Echelons is a software product of Ascent Imperial LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Ascent Imperial," "we," "us"). This policy describes the website at 4echelons.com and the early-access waitlist on it.

The product is in development. This policy covers the website and the waitlist. Before the product collects interviews, brand documents, knowledge bases, or drafts, we will update this policy to describe that data.

What the waitlist collects

If you join the waitlist, we collect:

Your email address, which is required.
Your name, role (creator / founder, ghostwriter or freelancer, or other), X handle, and main platform, if you choose to provide them.
The time you signed up.

To limit abusive submissions, we store a SHA-256 hash of your IP address and the time of the request. We do not store the raw IP address in the waitlist database. The hash cannot be used to email you, and it is not attached to your waitlist row.

We do not ask for a password, payment card, brokerage login, or trading account.

How we use it

To email you about launch and early access. We do not send unrelated marketing.
To see, in aggregate, whether people on the list are creators, ghostwriters, or someone else, so early access can be shaped around that.
To reject duplicate signups and to slow down automated or repeated submissions.

We do not sell your information. We do not use a waitlist entry to write content for someone else, and we do not use it to contact anyone other than the address you gave us.

Who processes it

The site and the waitlist database are hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and to protect it. We have not yet selected an email delivery provider. Before we send launch messages, we will name that provider here.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist row until you ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it to tell you about access, whichever comes first. Rate-limit records are deleted automatically after a short window (about ten minutes).

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of your waitlist row, to correct it, or to delete it. We will delete the row that matches that email address. We may keep a minimal record that we honored the request.

Cookies

This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The waitlist form does not use an account or a tracking cookie.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use waitlist emails, we will say so in the email we send about access.
