These terms are an agreement between you and Ascent Imperial LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Ascent Imperial," "we"), for the website at 4echelons.com and the early-access waitlist. Four Echelons is a software product of Ascent Imperial LLC.

The product is in development

Four Echelons is not yet available for purchase or general use. Pages on this site describe the software we are building. Features may change before launch. Joining the waitlist is not an order, a subscription, or a promise of access, a launch date, or a price.

Early-access list prices on the site are $39 / month (Creator), $99 / month (Pro), and $249 / month (Freelancer / Agency, base for 3 creator workspaces, +$59 per extra workspace). They are not an offer to buy a subscription today. Plans and prices may change before launch. Waitlist members will hear about final pricing first.

The waitlist

You may join with an email address you are allowed to use. Optional details (name, role, X handle, main platform) should be accurate if you provide them. We will use the email address to write to you about launch and access, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to remove you by emailing [email protected].

Do not submit the form with scripts or bots, do not submit addresses you do not control, and do not try to interfere with the site. We may reject or delete a signup that breaks these terms.

Not financial advice

Four Echelons provides content tools for educational purposes. It does not provide investment advice, recommend securities, manage money, connect to brokerage accounts, or execute trades. Nothing on this website is an offer to buy or sell a security, or a recommendation to do so. The compliance check described on the site, once the product exists, will be a writing aid, not legal review. You remain responsible for what you publish.

The site

The site is provided as is and as available. We may change or remove it. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Ascent Imperial LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist, and our total liability for a claim about the site or the waitlist is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

The Four Echelons name, the text on this site, and the site design belong to Ascent Imperial LLC. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or the website, except where the law requires otherwise.
